tOSU has confirmed that they have officially recinded their scholarship offer to Massilon RB, DeVoe Torrence. Company line is that the renig was due to "off-the-field issues". Rumors are swirling about what those issues are, including a criminal case supposedly involving an underage girl. No word on charges being filed but clearly JT is trying to avoid recruiting another MoC.
